Please note any delivery outside of the UK will incur a delivery charge. Please contact us for details.

We will endeavour to deliver stock within 5 days of order being placed, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused. Where possible, notification will be sent if products are out of stock or issues have occurred known to cause delays. All orders are sent by tracked delivery and will require a signature. Orders will usually arrive within 1 – 2 days of despatch. We cannot cancel or change a delivery address once the order has been despatched.


You have the right to return your order up to 7 days after it has been delivered. To exercise the right to return you must inform us of your decision to return your order by a clear statement by email to headed ORDER RETURN.

We will provide return instructions and ask that the items be returned to us in their original condition within 7 days of notifying us. We require items being returned to be trackable.

We will process any refund less the original delivery costs within 7 days of receiving the items. The costs incurred in returning the items to us are non- refundable.

Faulty Items

If the item you have received is faulty or incorrect please email us at We will then make arrangements for them to be returned. We will refund the cost of the item plus delivery when returned to us.
